Did You Know...?
WATER is important to our bodies for many reasons, including:
- Electrolyte and pH balance
- Regulating our body temperature
- Transporting nutrients and all types of good stuff throughout the body
We require about 1 liter of water for every 1,000 Calories we consume. That equals about 2 to 5 liters of water each day, or about 8 to 20 (8 ounce) cups each day.
