Adjunct Faculty Benefits
Welcome to Adjunct Faculty Open Enrollment!
The enrollment period is August 26 – September 20, 2024. All Open Enrollment changes will be effective September 1, 2024, and the first payroll deduction will be processed on the October payroll. Eligible employees must enroll within the first four (4) weeks of the start of the Spring semester. You may apply for this benefit in the subsequent semester if the enrollment deadline is not met.

KEY ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:
- If you take no action during the open enrollment period, your current 2024 health benefit plans will remain in effect; however, the 2025 premium rates will apply.
- If you would like to make changes to your current medical or dental plan, you may complete and submit the information described below during the open enrollment period.

- Completed forms and dependent verification documents may be submitted securely through
Dropbox.

- Examples of Required Dependent Documents:
- Natural-born, adopted, and stepchildren under age 26: Legal Birth Certificate or Legal Adoption Documentation
- Spouse/Registered Domestic Partner: Government-issued marriage certificate/certificate of Registered Domestic Partnership
