Meeting Agendas, Minutes, and Board Briefs
Board agendas are available for public viewing one week prior to the meeting date,
and minutes are available one week after being approved at the next regular meeting.
For example, the minutes for January's meeting are approved at the February meeting
and posted to the web site within one week following that meeting.
Effective December 2017, Board Agendas and Minutes can be accessed through an online board agenda management platform, BoardDocs, which can be accessed by clicking the button below.
The Board of Trustees will hear communication from the public on matters that are
not on the agenda. Under provisions of the Brown Act, the Board is prohibited from
discussing or taking action on oral requests that are not part of the agenda. Comments
are limited to no more than three minutes per person. If you would like to make comments
to the Board during the Public Communication, please download and fill out the "Public
Comment" card and turn it in to the Board Secretary prior to the Board meeting.
It is the intention of Mt. San Antonio College to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all respects.
