Self-Guided Canvas Help
Save time by using always-available, self-help resources! You'll often get answers much quicker than reaching out to a person, department, or support service.
Blue Question Mark
Access contextual resources directly within Canvas from the blue question mark, typically located in the lower right corner:
- Find guides relevant to where you are in Canvas
- Access 24/7 Canvas Support (live chat and phone)
Web Search
A web search will pull all related resources that can be found online:
- Canvas Guides: tutorials and videos for instructors and students
- Canvas Community: blog posts and questions & answers from the Canvas community
- Guides from other colleges: common Canvas questions from faculty are often answered by fellow colleges
Canvas Faculty Center
The Canvas Faculty Center is a faculty resource by FCLT which includes:
