      • Get Started
        1. Visit the Wēpa Website.
        2. Select Mt. San Antonio College and Log in with your Mt. SAC Portal account username and password. Follow the easy steps to upload your document.
        3. After you upload your document to the Wēpa system, visit any Mt. SAC Print Station to print your document. Documents can be uploaded in a number of convenient, easy-to-use methods. You can follow the following steps below:
      • Printing Methods
        Web Upload

        Web

Upload documents from any web browser, on any computer. After logging in with your credentials or creating an account, you can upload documents from your computer or connected network directly to your user account. You can control settings and document print requirements before upload with easy to navigate controls.

        How it works

Login at wepanow.com/webupload, select your documents and "send to Wēpa."

        Mobile Upload

        Mobile

With life’s busy pace, you may not always be seated at a desktop to get things done. With this in mind we have given you the freedom to print from any Apple® or Android® device. You can download the “Wēpa Print” app and begin printing to our cloud. Additionally, our mobile app also has the ability to scan and print documents.

        How it works

Download the "Wēpa Print" app and follow the instructions.

        Email Upload

        Email

Print from any device that can send email. Our email to print system is ideal for students or guests. No account is needed, just email the document and use the Wēpa Code in the reply at any Wēpa print station. If you have an account with us, just send an email to print@wepanow.com with your user account email address and you will find your document(s) in your documents list.

        How it works

Attach your document to an email, send to print@wepanow.com and use the provided Wēpa Code to print your document at any Wēpa print station.

        Cloud Upload

        Cloud

Wēpa's Cloud Storage feature allows users to print from their current file storage providers (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 or OneDrive) by accessing it right at the print station. This will allow you to access any file you want to print like it’s being stored right on the print station! No more fumbling for the USB Drive or forgetting to send a file to print ahead of time. As hectic as life can be, printing sure doesn’t need to be a stressor. We want to make our solution so easy that someone can do it before their morning cup of joe!

        How it works

Access your Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 or OneDrive account at any Wēpa print station to print your files.

        USB Upload

        USB

Print directly at any of our Wēpa print stations without a computer or account. Great for guests – just insert your drive and select documents.

        How it works

Insert your USB drive at any Wēpa print station.

      • Getting Setup with your Hotspot

Connecting your laptop to your Hotspot:

        1) Turn on your T-Mobile Franklin T-10 Hotspot by holding down the button on the slim side of the hotspot

        2) Log in to your laptop using your Mt. SAC Portal credentials

        3) On your task bar, in the bottom-right corner of the screen, locate and click the ‘Wi-Fi’ icon. You may
need to click the chevron (up arrow) if you cannot see the Wi-Fi icon.

        4) Find the WiFi signal that looks similar to “MtSAC-####”; the four digits should match those found on the back of the hotspot itself and the hotspot box. You can also press (but not hold down) the power button to turn the screen on if it’s not already, and press it again to show the hotspot name.

        5) Once you have located your hotspot name, click on it and then click the Connect button. Ensure that the “Connect automatically” box is ticked.

        6) You will be prompted to enter the security key. Repeatedly press (but do not hold down) the power button until the screen displays the hotspot Password. If the hotspot screen is currently displaying the WiFi name from step 4, only one more press is required.

        7) Type the password shown on the hotspot screen into the security key field on your laptop.

        8) After entering the password, you may be prompted to enable network discovery. This does not affect hotspot performance and is not required; you may safely choose either “Yes” or “No”.

        9) You should now be securely connected to your hotspot and able to access the internet.

      • Additional Information

      • Off-Campus Students

Adobe software for off campus students requires a paid subscription. Mt. SAC has purchased Adobe licenses of a sufficient quantity to give a license to every student who is actively enrolled in a class that requires the use of Adobe products for Student Learning Outcomes. The license may be used on personal computers or tablets.

The Adobe license will remain active until approximately one week after the end of finals. At the end of the license period, Adobe products will enter a free trial mode. Being registered in a single class that requires Adobe products for Student Learning Outcomes will entitle the student to a license.

Once a week, Mt. SAC will update Adobe with a list of student email addresses which have been added or removed from a class roster.

Students who are already registered for an eligible course in the upcoming term will retain their license through the following term. Students must create a free Adobe ID account with their Mt. SAC MountieMail+ address (@student.mtsac.edu) to use the Adobe license. If a student has purchased additional or overlapping Adobe subscriptions using their Mt. SAC email address, these licenses will “stack”. Students may download Adobe software by logging in to the Adobe.com website.

If you are enrolled in a class that requires Adobe software, and you are able to login at Adobe.com using an Adobe ID with your Mt. SAC student email address but do not have software, please talk to your professor. Advise the professor to check with their Department Chair or Dean to ensure this course is on the list for student Adobe licenses.

      • On-Campus Students
On-Campus Students and Computers Adobe software for College devices on the Mt. SAC campus is free to any student with a free Adobe ID. Students on campus are not required to be enrolled in any particular classes to use Adobe software on College computer. Adobe software is pre-installed on on-campus Mt. SAC devices
      • Account Claim Process

        Student Adobe Account Claim Process

Although students should have received an email from Adobe informing the student of new software entitlements, not all students received notification. We suspect this is due to the tens of thousands of emails Adobe was trying to send for every college such as Mt. SAC. If you did not receive the Adobe email, you can still go through the account claim process. Please follow the steps below.

Steps for Claiming Your Adobe Student Account

        1. 1. User a web browser to visit https://adobe.com and click on the Sign In button.
Type in your student email address and click "Continue"
        2. You may get a notice “additional account details required” telling you to check your email. You can close this browser tab.
        3. Visit the Mt. SAC portal and click on the Mountie Mail icon.
Open the email from Adobe with the subject "Reset Your Adobe ID Password"
        4. Follow the link to reset your password and follow the onscreen prompts to set up your Adobe ID
        5. Login again. Visit https://adobe.com and click the "Sign in" button.
        6. Type in your student email address and click Continue
        7. On the "Welcome Back" screen, look for the Creative Cloud icon, and click on Open.
Select adobe desktop applications by clicking on the icons on the top, and clicking the blue Get desktop app button to install it on your computer.

        Adobe application page

      • Steps to Reset Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset your password via the Portal.

Go to https://www.mtsac.edu/portal/ and click on “Forgot Password”. You will need to know your username (“JMountie123”) and have access to your Personal Email account associated with your CCC Apply account.

If you do not know your username, search your personal email account for an email with the subject “Welcome to Mt.SAC” from noreply@mtsac.edu. Your application information, including your username and student ID number, is in that email. You can use that User Name for the “Forgot Password” process.

PLEASE NOTE: IT Staff are unable to and are not allowed to do password resets over email, so please use the “Forgot Password” function. If you still require assistance, call us during business hours and be prepared to show ID over a webcam.
