Student Bill of Rights

In order that, we the students of the Mt. San Antonio College District, will be accorded the same rights guaranteed to all United States citizens by documents basic to our national government, the Bill of Rights applies more specifically to the academic community.

College students enjoy these basic rights with the responsibility of supporting procedures which guarantee all the rights and privileges each claims for him/herself.  Implicit in this document is the belief that both rights and responsibilities will be assumed appropriately by all members of the academic community - students, faculty, administrators, classified staff and trustees.
