Full-Time Faculty Professional Growth Increment (PGI) Incentive
Pursuant to the Faculty Contract Article A.6.a.3 full-time faculty may earn PGI by completing six semester units of college work or equivalent workshops/seminars, as approved by the Salary and Leaves Committee. A list of pre-approved district sponsored workshops is below. Use the Faculty Request for Professional Growth Increment Credit Form to verify attendance at POD workshops. Use the Petition for Professional Growth Increment Form for any course or workshops not found on the pre-approved list.

Adjunct Faculty Professional Growth Hourly (PGH) Incentive
Pursuant to the Faculty Contract Article A.6.b.3 adjunct faculty may be paid for up to 6 hours per fiscal year for completion of on-campus professional development workshops. These include: New Adjunct Faculty Orientation, participation in FLEX Day activities, or attendance at POD workshops approved by Salary and Leaves. (Note: Workshops attended prior to August 1, 2018, do not qualify for this incentive). A list of pre-approved district sponsored workshops is below. Use the online Adjunct Faculty Professional Growth Hourly Incentive Form link below to apply for this credit.

Column Crossover Credit
Pursuant to the Faculty Contract Article A.8.c. The following is the list of graduate courses that have been pre-approved by the Salary and Leaves Committee. Use the Petition for Column Crossover Form to submit all requests for Column Crossover to Salary and Leaves.
