John Miller

John Miller joined the Mt. SAC faculty in 2019. He has bachelors’ degrees in Physics and Pure Mathematics from Cal Poly Pomona, and a PhD in Physics from UCLA. His doctoral research was in the area of high energy theory, specifically conformal field theory and supergravity; though he has also conducted research in experimental optics and physics education research. Professor Miller grew up in Orange County, and enjoys playing guitar, painting, and rock climbing.
