Physics and Engineering Faculty

Carolyn Robinson, Co-Chair

Carolyn Robinson has been a full-time faculty member of the Mt. SAC Physics and Engineering department since 2018, and she is currently the Engineering Co-Chair of the department.  After working as an assistant engineer and a structures engineer for a small development company and a major construction company respectively, she developed a passion for helping others see that STEM careers are achievable.  She left her industry position and served as a university administrator at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and the University of Southern California. However, she found her niche at Mt. San Antonio College where she grew passionate about helping students find their pathways to STEM success.
