knowledge of human resource management functions.

The college's Business Human Resource Management Level II certificate is 18 units (6 courses). Courses focus on HR law, compensations systems, and an understanding of human motivation provide the student with a solid foundation from which to build a career in human resources. Entry-level job opportunities available after completion of this program may include Human Resources Specialist, Labor Relations Specialist, and Human Resources Manager. The average starting salary of a Human Resources Specialist in the area is $72,000.
