Prior to taking the California Real Estate Broker's License Exam, the applicant must have completed six (6) required core courses and two (2) additional elective courses. The Real Estate Broker Certificate contains all eight courses necessary to satisfy the educational requirements to take the California Real Estate Broker Examination.
