- BUSL 18 - Business LawPrerequisite: Eligibility for ENGL 683 Units (C-ID BUS 125) Degree Applicable, CSU, UC 54 hours lecturePrinciples of business law emphasizing legal setting of business, nature of the law and court procedures, principles of contract law, sales of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code, torts, ethics, the U.S. Constitution, and criminal law.
- BUSL 18H - Business Law - HonorsPrerequisite: Acceptance into the Honors Program3 Units (C-ID BUS 125) Degree Applicable, CSU, UC 54 hours lecturePrinciples of business law emphasizing legal setting of business, nature of the law and court procedures, principles of contract law, sales of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code, torts, ethics, the U.S. Constitution, and criminal law. An honors course designed to provide an enriched experience. Students may not receive credit for both BUSL 18 and BUSL 18H.

- BUSL 20 - International Business LawAdvisory: Eligibility for ENGL 683 Units Degree Applicable 54 hours lectureA comparative approach to the study of the international legal environment for business. Cultural, political, economic and ethical issues are emphasized as well as traditional business law subjects such as sales, commercial paper, corporate law, agency, licensing, employment, crimes, trade regulation and technology transfers.
- BUSL 100 - Everyday LawPrerequisite: Eligibility for ENGL 1A3 Units Degree Applicable, CSU, UC 54 hours lecturePractical aspects of current U.S. law, including the court system and civil procedures, the U.S. Constitution, legal ethics, tort law, criminal law and procedures, contracts, real estate law, family law, and careers in law. Required for 2+2+3 articulation.
