Guidelines for PDF Documents

Mt. SAC is committed to making electronic information accessible to all viewers.

1. All PDF documents that are created after January 18, 2018 are expected to be accessible.
2. PDF documents that were posted on the website prior to January 18, 2018 but are frequently used will be converted to accessible PDFs.
3. Upon request, the college will convert any specific PDF document to an accessible PDF, including those posted on the website prior to January 18, 2018.
4. By fall 2018 all PDF documents will go through accessibility scans and inaccessible documents will be removed from the website.
